Wtf the maintainer of dnscrypt-proxy recently added a DNS-over-HTTPS resolver hosted by the NSA (doh.nsa.gov) to the public resolvers list.

If you use this software and want to avoid sending some DNS requests to the NSA’s resolver, I’d recommend explicitly listing the resolvers you want to use rather than filtering.
