What are your opinions on brave as a browser. In one of my older articles, I recommended it, and am now starting to question my recommendation (it has been removed from PTio).
What are your opinions and do you have any alterantives (obviously not stuff like firefox and tor, this is for social things.)

@freddyym I've personally never trusted Brave, even when it used to be on PrivacyTools.io. I can only trust Firefox a little bit.

I wish there was a browser that just didn't track users period, by default. I don't understand why everyone needs to track eachother.

@glitcher32 Tor is the only truly trustworthy company in my opinion.

In regards to your second paragraph I have a quote:

Timothy 6:10 - For the love of money is the root of all evil

@freddyym I also started to doubt Brave as a privacy browser. It feels definitely better than Chrome but it becomes more and more commercial and smells fishy somehow.

@croqaz completely agree, I'm thinking of trying out palemoon, any opinions on that?

@freddyym That’s a fork of Firefox right? It’s a very old project, I remember i tried more than 5 yrs ago but somehow i jumped back to Firefox. You should try it if you have time and post a review maybe ;)

@croqaz They appear it to be updating it from their website
