NextDNS violated their Privacy Policy, which clearly states they will NEVER share their users' information with anyone.
Yet they *were* sending their users' emails to Intercom's servers without consent, subjecting their information to Intercom's Privacy Policy, and potentially other Policies.
NextDNS knew about the issue weeks prior, to be dismissed under the integration being temporary, and Intercom being labeled as a tool, not a data sharing platform.

Dick believed that we all live in a world where âspurious realities are manufactured by the media, by governments, by big corporations, by religious groups, political groupsâand the electronic hardware exists by which to deliver these pseudo-worlds right into heads of the reader.â #distopia

Wars can be fought in the real world but there is also a virtual battlefield - and it is just as harmful. The Lawful Access to Encrypted Data Act is the latest attempt to access people's encrypted data and it serves as another reinforcement.
