@ben_dw James Damore had some great suggestions in his memo, that could be applied to many things. But he was Google so idk if we should trust it 🤔🤨😄

Also if this instance stays basically the way it is, which is polite, friendly, and a welcoming resource, I think that as popularity and concern for security/privacy continue to rise, more people of all types will continue to come.
