I would go with some of the cloud9s DNS such is 9.9.9.9, for maybe more private and secure you should check out some opennic servers.

Note that they use blocklist for some sites, but there is also their DNS resolver which doesn't use blocklist if you want uncensored experience

@wlsndigital thank you for the suggestion, but i have a concern with them. They are backed by Microsoft, google, baidu and qualcomm
