That's how much Salesforce insiders have dumped in the last year preceding this lawsuit. They knew about this happening to immigrants, underage, and others. This hypocritical company is NOT ethical and any awards it gets for humanaitarian efforts are . Whomever is promoting it as such should be flushed down the toilet.

@ecosteader besides this appaling matter, Salesforce is a ridiculous money pit. Once your data is in, you're locked in. We're in the process of moving to a different CRM, this article just gave us an extra reason.
@Gina @ecosteader How are you 'locked in'? Can't you just use the Data Export function to pull everything out?
We've been using Salesforce for about 2 years now, but as an NGO their insane data storage prices are hurting quite badly, so I'm not ruling anything out in the future... but what are the alternatives? MS Dynamics? MS are not exactly bastions of ethical behaviour either. Then there's CiviCRM but that's pretty barebones AFAIK...
