Tonight I discovered you cannot have obs-studio open on another monitor while streaming on the same computer. It has to be minimized. That should definitely be documented somewhere.

If you got the behavior I think you did, I think you might've ran into a Windows bug. What happened?

It was the window bug. I found later that if I streamed, without the obs preview window open it was fine.
