Lol well in fact the CLOUD Act that was past in 2017/2018 session of Congress outlines that any organization that has American citizens in it and provides internet communications is subject to NSA letters no matter the country the organization was founded in. It was congresses answer to Microsoft V US. So no matter where incorporation is done as long as citizens are involved you face that risk.

Corporations founded by non-US citizens, registered and operating outside the USA, are not subject to US laws. "lol".
