Does anyone know if there is an #ELinks reboot? ELinks is a text mode browser that is among the most usable, and is a go-to of mine for looking things up when my system malfunctions and won't run the display server correctly. The problem is that the official version hasn't been updated since 2012, and OpenBSD removed it from their repositories because of potential security flaws.

If you know of a fork that is at least somewhat recent please tell.

I don't, but have you tried plain Links lately? It's still being developed and IMO is almost as nice as ELinks for browsing.

@bthylafh I have! It is very nice but ELinks is very cool and it's sad to see it go without anyone picking it up.

Debian's ELinks package is getting updates. The changelog says there's a 0.13.0 upstream but I have no idea where it is.
