Is 1FA with a FIDO2 key sufficient vs a passphrase protected password manager?

@emacsen https://www.grc.com/sqrl/sqrl.htm Uses asymetric crypto, nothing to leak, protected with password (something you know), can be backed up, provides "password reset" flow and requires no special device to work.
@emacsen Oh and requires no client side storage per "password"... but requires server side support.
