@fdroidorg @fdroidorg Thanks for all the boosting, folks! This really spread. Unfortunately, noone spoke up at the linked issue and volunteered – so the project will now be marked "unmaintained".
Please do not count this as a "full stop", but rather the "start of a grace period" and "ringing of the alarm bell": Repomaker is not *yet* unpublished, so someone please step in before that happens!

Calling out to the Mastodon community again: famous @fdroidorg Repomaker is looking for a new maintainer (and contributors). Should be familiar with F-Droid, Python, Django.
Please help keeping it alive!

It seems that during our #PTIOAMA , we finally broke our 15 dollar goal on librapay, which means we will be able to fully run on donations! We now get a generous 18.11$ a week from 13 different patrons!
I would like to issue a thank you to all involved into making this happen, and a special thank you to our generous backers.
Now, lets continue what we do best at Privacytools.io, and spread privacy under the masses.

@sheogorath this reminds me of the matrix.org hack, where they somehow they thought it was a great idea to save their signing key on a life production server connect to the internet.

So in the light of the NordNVP news, some shared this Techcrunch article to our subreddit:https://techcrunch.com/2019/10/21/nordvpn-confirms-it-was-hacked/
But very interestingly, we have gotten an abnormally high amount of "this is spam" reports in a very short amount of time, while its just a factual article about privacy with bad news about NordVPN, very... Very interesting.....
