@Gina same, 15 kg since april here :) (you should tried smoked salmon with roasted veggies)

@blacklight447 oof, for me it's 6kg's. Eating more while going from working out 7 days a week to 0 days a week took it's toll. I know what to do though.

+1 for the salmon and roasted veggies!

@Gina well ive set my goals pretty high and strict, only 1500kcal a day and daily workouts + 10000 steps.

@blacklight447 @Gina If you're going to exercise you need to eat, if not your body will turn into a unhealthy and potentially dangerous state.
