@Gina well ive set my goals pretty high and strict, only 1500kcal a day and daily workouts + 10000 steps.
@blacklight447 @Gina If you're going to exercise you need to eat, if not your body will turn into a unhealthy and potentially dangerous state.

@Gina @blacklight447 10kg for me since March, thanks to learning how to make sourdough, resuming beer making and not hiking. Back to keto and an exercise routine for me tomorrow! It’s worked pretty well in the past.
@blacklight447 oof, for me it's 6kg's. Eating more while going from working out 7 days a week to 0 days a week took it's toll. I know what to do though.
