@one The fact that basically all of the fediverse depends on his choices is... questionable, regardless. Sure, he won that position by outperforming GNU Social and remaining the most balanced option, but should it be like that?

@blacklight447 @one Read further on the thread, I explained that forks/alternatives have to follow along unless they manage to outperform Mastodon and create a better consensus
