@N Works on my android and desktop, it seems that iOS can't handle the stream from a .m3u file
You could try download the .m3u file and find an app to deal with and TOR enabled for the global mobile connection.
Or maybe open the link from safari through TOR although I don't know if a .onion address can be reached by safari with this method.
There are several ways to try but I don't know enough about it to give you an accurate solution
