Quit Recommending "Stable" Distros To New Users (#shorts)
@derek I plan to continue to recommend #LinuxMint to new #Linux users.
Arch based distros are good (typing this from #Manjaro right now and my son uses #artix). I am not yet fully on board with recommending them to new Linux users, though.

@retroedgetech @derek I have been recommending Manjaro to new users for years and have converted quite a few happy people.
It has all of the proprietary garbage they might need for work and it makes it extremely easy for them to maintain updates on their own indefinitely.
Stable release distros are for servers.
