We have started a #BinaryTransparency log of gradle binaries to monitor what is published, since those binaries are central to Android development. Its implemented as a git repo and has a basic JSON API: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/gradle-transparency-log

We just updated the chaos.social rules, and added our own Terms of Service/Privacy Policy (because the default Mastodon one wasn't really accurate for us).

The rule change has mostly been a bit of changed wording, but we have also added a section of "best practices".

The IT-Department of the city of #Vienna (#Austria) really seem to hate the free and open internet. They censor #Tor.

Frankly I think there's not excuse for this sort of #Censorship. If you're afraid your websites #security level is not good enough for Tor, it's not good enough for being on the Web in the first place.
