I'm dealing with a ton of stress right now and it got me to thinking, do I deal with stress like everyone else at this level? Am I normal? Do i freak out more?
Then my next thought was well everyone's different so i guess there's no answer to that bc everyone reacts differently so if I'm asking myself what's a normal reaction to this then what's normal???

@lnx yes I do that to. Realize what I can and can't control.
Is a very good technique. I guess right now even reminding myself of that there's just so much going on right now is kind of a tornado π πͺπͺπͺ
@Wetrix I feel I've gotten better at it. After a stressful event, I try to honestly ask myself why it happened. I find I can avoid a lot of problems by changing my behavior. I like looking back at events without the emotional response I had at the time coloring my perspective.
When all the dust settles, remember to look back and remember what it felt like!
@InternetRooky hmm that's a good idea I will try this. Never done that before π
@Wetrix i feel bad but then I remember to stop for 5 min. I go all what I have control over and can change and things that are out of my control. I change what I can and dismiss what I cannot. Stressing over things that are out of your control will bring you no good. Meditate upon yourself, breathe and align yourself with control.
