Tried to sew with a #sewing machine for the first time since intermediate school, and it’s just as difficult now as it was then! 😩 I know all new hobbies/skills take practice to gain any level of mastery, but jeez do I suck! 😂😭 Hopefully my attempts at #gardening (also a new foray in 2021) will start off better than my handkerchiefs. 😅

It looked like someone barfed all over them with string and I'd made Frankensteins monster 😔😂
But they work! 😁
@Wetrix 😂 that’s what I reminded myself about my handkerchiefs, “these are just for me and they will work even if they’re ugly and imperfect”. I did more research after the experience to figure out how to make it better when I try again this weekend 🤞 I wouldn’t even know where to begin for how to make mittens, so kudos to you all the same!!
@thedeltaflyer haha! Oh I didn't make them I just repaired them! And I used bright red string cause that's all we had and they are dark gray so you can imagine how they look 🥴😂
