I don't think a dog raised in bad conditions becomes inherently bad or evil. It's simply adapting to its surroundings. You see this in rescue animals all the time like vicious dogs that are only that way until taken away from the people that made them that way.

Humans on the other hand will still be a-holes no matter what environment they're in 😅 🌍
