OK well I've been fighting tooth & nail with my ancient laptop so I've finally had enough and I'm going to bed 😴
I'm running it with winxp and no anti virus or firewall because they're so outdated they won't even work and I can't get one to work (tried 7 dif ones all ran into problems)
Dumb question but do you guys think I'll be relatively safe using it for a few weeks?
I'll explain more tomorrow what I went through.

@Wetrix no one is safe with running winblows xp. Although that was the best os of windows era. Why are you not running Linux of all things??
