@Wetrix Also, but for every community it's a very easy and powerful tool. I know a lot of non-gaming communities on discord
@Wetrix Wait - what? You mean Discord doesn't honor their logistically next to impossible promises? The company that is even worse than Facebook in many ways but nobody knows about their issues so they'll never get called out on it, so they just keep pushing the boundaries of how far they can go? That Discord? Couldn't be..
@ThreeBadgersInATrenchcoat I'm not sure what promises they make because I'm not a huge discord user? Are they a big promiser? π
@Wetrix I mean I wouldn't deem them a "big promiser" per say, they just seem to break all of the promises they make and when they get caught their response is always just pretty much "uh..well..that's your fault and we aren't accountable." and because of their arcane policies you can't even sue them for anything.
@Wetrix not the first time I hear about lack of privacy on discord... which is too bad, because I can't think of anything that can replace it, at the moment
