@Wetrix not surprised but I am shocked by them plainly stating how handy spyware should be to follow patrons and to just 'offer librarians discounts' to install it. Elsevier and Springer will not go gently into OpenAccess, they've been playing along enough only to find time to get out of OA. These sorts of morally questionable ideas show how far they'd go. Glad with Brembs&Dobusch, a relief to see them say the right things. Thanks for finding such an interesting article!
