"Trump does not plan to step down with dignity"

Well, why start now?

Follow

@fribbledom there's a difference between stepping down and making sure it was fair and just.

I honestly don't care about Trump at this point but about the American people and making sure they didn't get cheated, so regardless of who's demanding that, it's the American people that win.

@Wetrix There is also a difference between accusing the other party of "stealing the election" without evidence and making sure the election has been performed correctly.
Until now, there is no hint of any fraud whatsoever.

@fribbledom

@andre @fribbledom actually there is. I'd suggest searching it again 😊

Either way like I said originally though, whoever makes it happen for whatever reason, the American people are the winners.

@Wetrix I can't find it. Please show us the hints/evidence if you know them.

@fribbledom

@andre @fribbledom check out Timcast on YouTube. It'll explain it and show it better than I can πŸ™‚

@Wetrix @andre @fribbledom Seriously? Timcast has several videos with titles like
"BLM Leftists Are FURIOUS At Latinos Who Overwhelmingly REJECTED Socialism And Voted Trump"
(That is an actual title.)
Are you really asking people to take that a person like that seriously?
_And_ to go through the dozen videos he has made during the vote count in the hopes his point isn't just "it's technically possible fraud might've maybe happened" like they usually are?

@Wetrix

I agree that Trump has every right to demand a recount. This is pretty common practice for really close outcomes, and probably just makes sense.

He is however suggesting that the other party is stealing the election - without any evidence whatsoever.

He's just further dividing the nation throwing a bit of a tantrum right now, and that's probably the best/worst sign of how unfit a president he is.

@fribbledom I'm not a big fan of Trump but what he's forcing happen only strengthens the integrity of the system which is a good thing imo ☺️

@Wetrix @fribbledom What he's forcing to happen is waste his supporters money (he's asking for them to support all these legal battles).

He was screaming about voter fraud four years ago, why didn't he do anything in the intervening years?

@Wetrix @fribbledom The only actual, proper "this needs to be settled" stuff I've heard is about how (IIRC) Pennsylvania has ambiguous rules about the deadlines for votes arriving and the current way of handling them being out of tradition rather than properly written down in law.
But that's far, far from "fraud" and rules shouldn't be changed in the middle of a vote.

I agree that Trump has every right to demand a recount.

Actually, he doesn't. Not without evidence. Elections are subject to state laws, not federal law. Some states have automatic recounts if the margin is below a certain threshold, and according to The Guardian, in Georgia a candidate can request a recount if the the margin is below 0.5 %, which it currently is. Other than that, unless there's substantial evidence for fraud, no court will grant him the right for a recount.

@likho

Several judges ruling against him, saying he got no evidence whatsoever.

@likho
LOL, in 4 years he has such a good record of speaking the truth. πŸ™„

He and his party have done their damn best in the past year to make voting harder in the counties they know wouldn't vote for them. Repubs have practiced gerrymandering and voter suppression for 20 years if not more, it's the only way they can win. But Democrats are the ones trying to "steal the election". πŸ™„

What a bunch of hypocrites, corrupt lying crooks.
