@Wetrix this is the main reason I pirate books. I want to give money to the creators. But I don't want to have to buy some proprietary hardware and then "buy" a book that can just disappear from my library at any time. As for paper, I used to have a lot of paper books that I gave away because they just weigh so much and take up so much space.
@mistermonster @Wetrix or those drm pdf “readers” that prevent full text searching and gasp copypaste.
if i cant search or copy paste code snippets this is absolute garbage to me.

@mistermonster we live in the age of renting every thing and owning nothing. That's why I pirate.
Anything subscription based I won't touch either.
This is where consoles are going and it's scary.
@Wetrix Looks like you're going to have to do what i did and not mess with consoles either lol. I am not much of a fan of games anymore anyway, so it wasn't that much of a problem.
