In most of europe if you have a chunk of metal and cut it up ina specific way you will get sent to jail for a very long time... Freedom isnt really one of their strong suits here but I do like the people :)

@Wetrix Well lots of options. Carve it into a sword, jail time, carve it into something that can shoot bullets, jail time, hell even just making it into a cross bow will get you jail time in some areas.
