Having breakfast before going to sleep is much better because eating makes me tired.

I'm not saying your wrong, it sounds right but does it take that much effort for stomach acids to bubble around and send goop on it's way 😅?
I use more energy going to the washroom than that and I don't get tired.
Well unless it's a really bad one and you gotta really push and grunt to the point of passing out 😅

@Wetrix I thought the same until I got told that after eating our stomach is so busy digesting all the food, that we get tired again. :D
