I'd like to fast-forward a couple hundred years, when people will be laughing about antiquated concepts like countries, borders and nationalities.

@fribbledom unless we literally meet extra terrestrials, the human race is never going to unite like that. Even if we did meet nasty ET's we'd only unite long enough to fight them off and go back to killing each other.
Tribalism is in the very DNA of mankind, it's never going away sadly.
