@Wetrix I've thought about this in the past - and this article doesn't mention the one thing that will trip people up.

If you have ever posted anything influential enough that someone has submitted to an archive site like wayback, you are screwed - because unless you have an exceptionally good reason - they aren't going to remove an archived page.

I do it all the time with Twitter - if someone says something horrific that you know they will have to delete - I archive it before they can.

@asjmcguire well this is true, but the way to prevent that is what I do, I've never used my real name on the internet in over two decades.

I don't care what an employer says etc I'll just use a suedanim.
