@shibaprasad @Wetrix I think they might be, but that opinion would be further validated if they instantly decided to go with #Mastodon, or announced that #Mastodon would be their first choice, because then they would be chasing their former users.

I think on the other hand Dorsey doesn't care that much if it gets bigger then Twitter at this point because he's rich, he's made his money. Now I think he's just fascinated with where it's going and he's just amused and watching.
