This is exactly why I don't use android (besides the fact I won't support google in any way shape form that I can)
More virus's and hacks than you can even keep up with.

@Wetrix I don't think they really respect privacy, they just have different model of monetizing it. Android is pretty secure and usable when used in de-googled distros like LineageOS or GrapheneOS
@kravietz I have to disagree. Apple really does try to respect your privacy.
They didn't unlock a phone for the FBI last year, and all imessages are e2e by default.
That's just a few quick examples.

@Wetrix Android has more freedom and thats why I like it more. Apple is like owning a device thats parental controlled to me.
But the freedom of Android does come with the risk of more viruses and hacks due to anyone able to do whatever they want.
Google nor Apple are to be trusted. All we have is Apples word that they have "privacy".
