This permission is not related to your headphones or Bluetooth headset. It is actually used so that apps can track you....

@Qwant this is an excellent feature.

It forces all apps that want Bluetooth to ask your permission because they can track you if you have GPS and location services turned OFF.

Good move by Apple 🍎👍🏻

Android on the other hand is still a mess.
