Oh no! The entire Formula 1 track perimeter has been surrunded by a fence with no gaps to peep in! I can only hear the roar of the engines zooming by!
@codewiz that's cool! I remember going to one with my parents when I was a kid. All I saw was the walls you saw and every once in awhile a noise from hell as the cars went by. Then we waited another ten minutes for the noise to come back lol 😂
@Wetrix yeah, even the practice is unbelievably loud!
@Wetrix indeed. But today I wanted to smell the tires and get a full immersion, so I ended up buying a day pass to the entire circuit area for S$138. I can't get to the grand stands, but there are free stands with good visibility.
Tomorrow I made a reservation at restaurant with a view over the track at the time of the qualifying race.
Then, on Sunday, I guess I'll watch the real race on a big screen :-)
