@Wetrix @bash I speak English, I can attest to the sticky note/ step by step checklist type questions tho, since 95% of my callers their issue is stuff on that list (ie didn't read the FAQ/ supported systems, clear cache, reboot etc). For tricky ones ya gotta hope you get one that's been there long enough to know the edge cases or at least send you to the right people who do.
