Sadly I don't think so...
Maybe I'm wrong
@Segebodo
Makes sense ;)
But I do know an (German native) alternative to DB Navigator I think you would really like!
It's called Öffi and it's a F-Droid repository!

@Matter
So your telling me the 100% FOSS goes only to the client?
Sorry, I'm still a bit of a beginner..
@Matter
I'm still not on your side.
A app that has a Non-free network has no meaning to 100% FOSS.
That sounds like something made up

The Aurora Store is pretty neat and yes, there is a option for a anonymous account :)
Still, all apps you will ever need are in F-Droid.

I guess they just didn't like to see spammers using their awesome service just for spamming.
I'm not completely sure what they thought was going to happen?

Oh!!
My apologies...
I thought you mean't something else ;)

Shoutout to the Odysseus Web Browser by @alcinnz !
It's a fast, privacy respecting, elementary OS-style browser!

@nikolal
Yes, it is unmaintained at this moment, but the F-Droid fork is still maintained.
I wouldn't recommend Firefox as, even though they are Open source, they use proprietary plugins and gets paid to use Google as their default search engine (which is intruding the "Privacy" advertisments).
Also, they have terrible privacy defaults and aim for money.
I'm not saying Firefox is bad since they give you the power to tweak it, but it's far away from Privacy.

If your on Android, and use the Google Play Store, then there's something to change.
The Google Play Store is the place to see
s thrown in your face. Also full of Proprietary software and trackers, I would skip it.
Instead use F-Droid.
