There's some crazy internal US politics right now that threatens #OpenTechFund, who funded #LetsEncrypt, #CertBot, @torproject , #NoScript, TLS ESNI/ECH, #DNSPrivacyProj, #ReproducibleBuilds, #Wireguard, #DeltaChat, #OpenKeychain, #pypi, @guardianproject , @signalapp , and more. Looks like a couple proprietary software companies are trying to take over this #FreeSoftware money. Please sign on to the campaign to try to stop it: saveinternetfreedom.tech

Most people use the Google Play Store if their phone is a Android.

But I would want to stay away from all those Proprietary apps after all, there's always a better one out there!

Which is why we are here to look for a change! Sorry the alternative is not for iOS..

Let's list the Alternative!

1. F-droid
Site: f-droid.org/
Mastodon: @fdroidorg

There could be more but that's all I would trust for now! This is a rewrite from earlier.

That's why were here to help find some safe alternatives!

Ultimately, saying that you don't care about privacy because you have nothing to hide is no different from saying you don't care about freedom of speech because you have nothing to say. Or that you don't care about freedom of the press because you don't like to read. Or that you don't care about freedom of religion because you don't believe in God. Or that you don't care about the freedom to peacably assemble because you're a lazy, antisocial agoraphobe.

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to tell you all that almost all of the websites and apps for my Privacy Crash Course will be Open Source (Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_sou) and you won't be seeing much proprietary software (Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propriet).

That is because I never trust any website or app that cannot be verified and you can verify that Open Source apps are safe.

That's it!

Hoped you liked it and Stay Safe!
