@blueberry Truthfully if you're interested in privacy or especially security you shouldn't be using Firefox.

@ThreeBadgersInATrenchcoat as a mobile or desktop browser? I use Firefox on desktop since I don’t want to use Chromium and also bc it has things like containers

However, if I need to use something Chromium, I use ungoogled-chromium

On mobile, I generally use either Brave or Safari, which I’m sure isn’t sending back (much) telemetry and are equally secure

@blueberry Either. Despite some of the shortcomings of Chromium, it is innumerably more secure than Firefox. Ungoogled Chromium is the best for desktop, hardened Safari for iOS, and ideally Vanadium or if you arent on Graphene then Bromite for Android.

@ThreeBadgersInATrenchcoat yes I’d agree that google probably has way more money and resources to make sure their browser is secure, but I think with uBO and me just generally not visiting sketchy sites, I should be fine.

How would you even harden Safari on iOS? I just use AdGuard
