@Wetrix I think anyone who's still using Twitter is aware that they're essentially gambling with their personal information. It's an insecure mess of a platform.
@Wetrix It will never be as big as something like Twitter, its near impossible due to the differences in marketing, profit strategies, etc. That said, the more people who use it the closer it comes to an alternative instead of it just being some niche service for privacy people as it sort of stands now. Large instances aren't always the best ones, have you tried a smaller one that fits your interests instead of a general one? There might not be as much content, but it tends to be higher quality.

Ya I'm in this privacy one which is smaller but much better than any other one I've been in.
