@Wetrix Honestly feel like this is just a publicity stunt to bring Apple some positive publicity and have people go out and buy iPhones. Apple has never had a true focus on privacy - it's only for their marketing - so I'm not sure why they'd start caring now. I'd love to be wrong on this one, though.

@ThreeBadgersInATrenchcoat truth be told they've actually been pretty privacy minded, but since the post Snowden era they've been using it as a selling point vs Android, and I think Tim Cook honestly does care about privacy or he wouldn't take a revenue hit to put out stuff like ios14 .

Apple is no Saint, but that's what they're reinventing themselves as so if you have to choose between shades of Grey, go Apple for privacy. 🙂
