@Wetrix Does this happen while you're awake or when you wake up in the middle of the night?

It's kinda normal to hear sounds when you fall asleep. I sometimes listen to voices arguing, laughing etc. for a couple of minutes. Funny, most of their words don't make any sense. There is even a term for that, but I forgot it.
From this page:

Mental illness is one of the more common causes of auditory hallucinations, but there are a lot of other reasons, including:

> Sleep issues. Itβs pretty common to hear a sound just as you fall asleep or wake up. And itβs usually not something to see your doctor about. But if you fall asleep randomly (narcolepsy) or have a hard time falling asleep (insomnia), itβs much more likely to happen.
I've seen an opinion on some other website that a good 7-8h sleep and a stable sleep schedule would help.
Some other website says hearing things when you fall asleep may be caused by stress.

@m_svo @TheDoctor thx 4 the link. I've never heard things before in my life but I think it had to do with bad sleep and watching some paranormal shows that I stopped watching π
Which I feel silly about. I have no phobias of stuff, like irrational ones except maybe big dogs I don't know, but for some reason after watching these paranormal shows it messed with my head a bit π I don't believe in ghosts etc so why it spooks me I'm not sure π»π»π»

@TheDoctor @m_svo I agree! Good morning!
@Wetrix @TheDoctor
I'm sure some good quality sleep will make it go away then π
Take care!
@m_svo @TheDoctor I'm hoping lol π
@TheDoctor it happens when I'm trying to fall asleep. I think it's just in my head lol π
I've never heard fake sounds so loud or disturbing before so it's kind of crazy.
Maybe it's the cat π€
