@Rediikid These days i would go with tutanota, they have opensource clients.

@Rediikid Completely up to you. I think they're both very good options. I prefer Protonmail because it's got a better layout; some options in Tutanota don't seem to work correctly with a screen reader. It's also got the simpler name to tell to people.
You can always use both. One for the more important emails, and one for stuff like games, internet shopping, newsletters, etc. That way you get to test them both to see which one you prefer, as well as have a tidy work inbox with less spam.
