@thelinuxEXP I saw your video on linux phones. Personally I love linux but isn't android linux anyway? We can use lineage os and have a google-free foss experience.
@ParmuTownley @thelinuxEXP android is busybox meanwhile standard linux is gnu. Android is better in every way security wise :P
@ParmuTownley Android is loosely based on Linux, but it’s definitely not a « Linux distribution » :) Lineage OS is good, but not entirely de googled, there are plenty of things still calling home to Google in there!
@ParmuTownley Android uses a Linux-esc kernel but that's it. Android is not Linux. Linux phones are insanely insecure and terrible for privacy. Anything saying to the contrary is just demonstrably false.
