Tim Berners-Lee's startup launches privacy platform "solid". I did hear about solid in 2017. Looks like its ready now.

@ParmuTownley hmm I like what he's trying to do but the only person I trust with my data is me 🙂

I keep all my data on my own PC or drives or not at all.

@Wetrix i believe solid can be self hosted. It's the way that data is being requested that has changed.
