The FIDE #Chess World Cup has just been won by Teimour Radjabov in the blitz portion of the tiebreak after the rapid portion was tied. Maxime Vachier-Lagrave took third place.
Both Radjabov and Ding have earned a spot in the candidates tournament which will produce the challenger for Magnus Carlsen in the World Chess Championship 2020.
