The FIDE World Cup has just been won by Teimour Radjabov in the blitz portion of the tiebreak after the rapid portion was tied. Maxime Vachier-Lagrave took third place.

Both Radjabov and Ding have earned a spot in the candidates tournament which will produce the challenger for Magnus Carlsen in the World Chess Championship 2020.

@alsalahad I wonder what the implications are of a satellite . For example, do these systems support end to end encryption for calls between satellite phones? Also do the satellites and base stations they connect to keep any meta-data logs?

Maybe a better question is how does the privacy compare to using a regulate mobile phone subscription?
