Call for #recipes!
The next weekend is going to be hot again, so I'm interested in your favorite meals/recipes for hot days. :)

Thanks to @pixelsalat and @raphting, I went with
a) fruit salad with nuts and ice cream for a cold treat after a long hike,
and
b) Salmorejo, a dish I've never heard of before. It was quite delicious! And actually a lot more pink than red, but the lighting didn't quite work out.
Given that the week will stay quite hot, I'm all ears for more tips, ideas and #recipes! :-) #Food

@L1Cafe I'm not sure if I understand the question correctly. :)
It was just cut fruits (apple, banana, peach, pineapple, ...), some available nuts and some available ice cream. So no specific recipe, therefore probably no specific nationality/region either. Anna suggested it to me and I liked the idea.
