Question regarding Linux phones.

Now that I have a #pinephone coming I'm starting to really think/look at going androidless. Most things I'm ok with as they have a web interface or some other Linux app. The only thing I'm not sure about is two factor authentication. I currently use andotp to generate my totp what is available to do this from Linux? I've seen a couple of option by a search just wondering what's best...

Or am I looking at a yubikey or similar?

@mgrondin I recommend you go full-on with Yubikeys. Get a USB-C Linux phone, a USB-C Yubikey, and you just need the Yubico Authenticator desktop app, and it's all done! A great experience, and crazy secure as well.
