I CAN'T SEE THE ACCEPT BUTTON TO EVEN DO A JANK WORKAROUND OF UPSCALING EVERYTHING

THIS IS OBJECTIVELY INCORRECT INFORMATION

i don't even know how to fix this.

- i can't upscale anything
- changing my monitor settings so it re-reports specs to PC doesn't work
- i can't scale below 100% to make anything smaller
- windows is adamant that my display is limited to 480p

i'll try rebooting again but it doubt it'll do shit
