A new AI-enabled pilot project aims to sense “micro changes” in the behavior of people with top-secret clearances. If it works, it could be the future of corporate HR.

ProtonMail is different from other email providers because we can't read your emails or share them with third parties (we don't have access to the decryption keys). Here's how zero access encryption works: protonmail.com/blog/zero-acces

The European Parliament just passed a copyright directive containing #Article13, or the "meme ban." We are concerned about the amount of power this directive could give monopolistic tech giants, but our #VPN can always be used to access blocked content. protonvpn.com/blog/article-13/

Putting your phone number in online services is very risky, especially as it is often used to verify accounts AND can be spoofed quite well with sim jacking on the rise!

Be careful.

Where are other instances posts? @cassolotl@dev.glitch.social made a nice flowchart 😀

How come every instance has posts from only a handful of people?

Starting to get the hang of #Mastodon. It feels a lot more relaxed than Twitter, even if the content is a bit selective. It's like drinking 1 good coffee a day instead of 4 crappy ones.

Plus, no nazi's in my coffee which is also nice.

I propose to launch a campaign called #ShareATool.

Everyone can share their favorite #opensource tool(-s) that use on a daily basis as well as other interesting tools for your opinion.

No software categories. The main requirement is that the project must be open source.

Welcome aboard, @cryptostorm aka "The OpenVPN provider for the truly paranoid" 👍

The internet has become too controlled by a single entity (ICANN), threatening our ability to truly control our content online.

OpenNIC wants to make user-controlled Top-Level Domains, and a more democratic DNS system overall. Learn more about our project at opennic.org/ 😁

Hey, this might be one Mastodon instance that I actually post in.

We are an ethical alternative to Instagram.

The project is still young, but we are getting close to a polished v1.0 release with federation support!

We can't wait to join the fediverse. ❤️ #pixelfed

@aussocialadmin

G'day mates! The Australian Government has made an ad about its proposed anti encryption law and it's surprisingly honest and informative.
