If you don't want your personal data sold, you gotta go cold-turkey on FB. Yeah, I lost contact with dumbshit family and friends, but it was worth it. That makes me early adopter in way better apps. I got zero empathy.

Yeah but Imagine not having a facebook account but your family and friends share their contacts list with facebook. later you discover that your phone number is in a massive leak. Facebook's filthy hands are far reaching.
